Happy New Year everyone! Payments have been processed and we're working closely with Backerkit to finalize our post-campaign systems.
Check your inbox for an email from Backerkit containing a link to the survey! It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
Click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You will be able to add additional Mantalons to your order at an exclusive to Kickstarter backers price, with no additional shipping costs.
In the survey, you will find the color chart as well as a link to the size charts, which we have updated slightly for a better fit. Don't forget to click the link in order to select the best size for you. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. And remember, all colors are now open to both models!
Another often asked question: the light grey color looks darker on the color chart than in the campaign pictures but the pictures are closer to reality than the color chart.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email.
To get your Mantalons as fast as possible, please fill out the survey within 7 days (until Monday, January 10) so we can start production and ship out the first Mantalons at the end of January.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you, dear backers! We hope you had peace and love amongst you and no fighting over presents.
In preparation of the survey that we will send out to all of you on January 3rd (mark your calendars!), where you can tell us your size, model and color options, we just sent out a test survey to randomly selected 5% of you. Please make sure you answer this survey and give us any feedback you may have to improve it.
For the rest of backers, check your inbox on January 3rd. The sooner you fill in the survey, the sooner we can start production and shipping of your Mantalons. This is why it is very important that you do it as soon as you can :)
Before January 3rd, please check your payment status and make sure the payment went through smoothly so you don't miss out on your Mantalon.

Phew! We're still trying to get over the overwhelming support we have received in the last month and a bit. $170K raised by 1,231 backers! Thank you everyone from the bottoms of our hearts for making Mantalon a reality.
Now before we can send the survey out to you all (where you choose your size and model), please make sure your credit card payment went through smoothly. If it has not been automatically withdrawn upon project closure on Thursday, you should have received a Kickstarter email to your inbox where you can click on a button and follow the steps to make the payment go through. If you haven't received this notification, all is well with your payment of course. Please check this as soon as possible so you don't miss out on your Mantalons!
We also have some exciting news for you! We listened to your feedback and decided to make all color options available to both models! So you will be able to choose whichever color you prefer :) We are also updating our size chart to make it even more inclusive to all sizes. You will see both the color and the size chart in the survey, so you can comfortably make your decision then.
So excited for production to begin!

Thank you for making Mantalon a reality! We are so grateful for all your incredible support!
A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to produce your Mantalons (this can take up to two weeks). Make sure your payment goes through smoothly so we can send out the survey and start production as soon as possible.
Second, we have to find out the sizes and colors and models you want and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information. This will arrive to you email inbox in the next 14 days (the faster your payments go through, the faster we can send this).
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards. Your information is of course confidential and protected under GDPR (EU data protection law).
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
